How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by

you for one of the following reasons:

- To identify precise locations of any child protection issues arising

- To enable emergency services to attend the scene of a parent, carer or child who may be in a critical condition and requiring intervention.

- To have emergency contact details of parents and carers.

- To provide communications to mobile phone numbers and email addresses for correspondences.

We use the information that you have given us in order to match biller’s address up to payment methods, to invoice effectively and to identify strands of interest which could potentially help PTO market better in the future.

We may share this information with outside agencies that require immediate notification in the event of a child protection issue arising.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored at 28 Nalton Drive, Driffield, East Riding of Yorkshire, YO25 5GE.
This will include the sign-up sheet that was filled in and digital copies filled in and returned to info@privatetuitiononline.co.uk.

PTO keeps the sign-up information that you have provided including names, addresses, emergency contact detail for 6 months from the final session of tutoring that takes place. We will then dispose your information by deleting any identifiers such as addresses or digital sign-up forms sent and by shredding any documentation.
